These Terms govern your use of From Here (the "Service") to design and order a physically printed, mailed postcard. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission and involvement, to place an order.
Postcards are typically postmarked within 1–2 business days and arrive within 4–7 business days once mailed, though actual timing depends on USPS and is outside our control.
Once a postcard is handed off for mailing, delivery is not guaranteed. From Here is not liable for postcards that are lost, delayed, or otherwise undeliverable.
At checkout, you provide a return address for each order. If a postcard can't be delivered, it's returned to that address directly by USPS — not to the recipient, and not to us.
Undeliverable and returned postcards are final sale. We don't offer reprints, refunds, or resends for postcards that come back as undeliverable, regardless of the reason.
You're responsible for the photo, message, and any other content you upload or write. By submitting content, you confirm that you own it or have the right to use it, and you grant From Here a license to print, transmit, and store it solely to produce and mail your order.
We may refuse or cancel any order whose content is illegal, infringes on someone else's rights, or is abusive, obscene, or harassing.
Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, we generally can't offer refunds once an order is submitted, except where required by law or at our discretion. Undeliverable/returned mail is handled as described above, not as a standard refund case.
The From Here name, logo, and design are owned by From Here. Your uploaded photos and written content remain yours.
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, From Here's total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
If we make material changes to these Terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use From Here after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
